Landscape lighting in Bellaire

Machined solid brass with silicone gaskets. Lifetime manufacturer warranty on the fixture itself.
2700K LED lamps
Rated to 50,000 hours — roughly a decade of nightly use — and replaceable without pulling the fixture.
Stainless transformers
Toroidal low-voltage units in stainless enclosures, timer and photocell driven, mounted out of sight.
Maintenance plans

Not if it is designed for the lot. On Bellaire and West U properties we use narrow beam spreads and shielded fixtures, aim away from boundaries, and verify from the neighbouring side during the night aim visit.
How much does landscape lighting cost?
