Landscape lighting in Memorial

What goes in the ground
Cast brass bodies
Machined solid brass with silicone gaskets. Lifetime manufacturer warranty on the fixture itself.
2700K LED lamps
Rated to 50,000 hours — roughly a decade of nightly use — and replaceable without pulling the fixture.
Stainless transformers
Toroidal low-voltage units in stainless enclosures, timer and photocell driven, mounted out of sight.
Maintenance plans
Optional annual service: re-aiming, lamp swaps, connector checks and seasonal changeovers.

Will the lighting disturb our neighbours?
It should not, and on Memorial lots that is a design requirement rather than an afterthought. We use shielded fixtures and tight beam spreads, aim away from property lines, and check the result from the neighbouring side of the fence during the night aim visit.
How much does landscape lighting cost?

Is there a charge for the design visit?
No. We come out after dark with fixtures, light the property in front of you and leave you with a written quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
Do you charge extra to travel to Memorial?
No. Memorial is inside our normal service area and there is no travel surcharge.
